One Lab. One course. Complete focus. Each FMT+ Lab is built around a single core course. Attendees complete the corresponding on demand course before the event (that is where CE credits are earned*), then spend 4 hours in a supervised live lab dedicated entirely to that discipline. Step 1 — FMT Basic Kinesiology Taping on demand course (Prerequisite):

• Attendees must complete the associated FMT on demand course before the live lab. You will earn your continuing education credentials* and/or certificate of completion on your own schedule, at your own pace. By the time you walk into your lab and to begin your hands on training, you will have all the foundational knowledge you need. The lab is purely for application.

Step 2 — The live lab (4 Hours, In-Person):

• The lab is 100% hands-on practice from minute one. As an attendee, you are in a supervised workshop environment. Small group. Direct feedback. You will leave confident, not just informed.
